The 100 m² house has a living area with a sofa and television, and an open-plan equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Three bedrooms each have a double bed; two bedrooms have a television and a screen that can connect to a computer. There is a workspace, one shower room and one bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, travel cot, high chair and toilet seat reducer are provided. Outside are a garden, garden furniture, barbecue and 10 m² terrace; the main courtyard borders a quiet local road, while the garden is more secluded and the terrace is at the rear. The property has 100 m² of living space and 400 m² of land. A bilingual welcome booklet and tourist information are provided.

The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Do not charge electric vehicles using the house sockets; use a dedicated charging outlet.

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional linen is provided on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation.
