House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Young groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The tourist tax is payable in advance; the tax section also indicates it is included in the total price, so confirm the applicable treatment before publishing. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €18 per reservation; single-bed linen €14 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Linen is supplied on arrival for the full stay with no replacement. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Grève Blanche Beach is 200 m away; the GR34 hiking trail is 100 m away. The house is on one level. The property has two parking spaces. The page also lists Koréjou Beach at 1.5 km and Plouguerneau town centre at 3 km.
