The house

This 1,300-square-foot condo sleeps eight and has 2.5 bathrooms, an open-plan interior and a balcony overlooking town and the surrounding grounds. Mountain and ski-slope views are also available. Extra sleeping space includes one queen-size sleeper sofa and one sleeper sofa/day bed equivalent to two twins or one king.

The full kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television with cable/satellite, a video library and board games are available. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. The condo has a private entrance; the building has an elevator and shared washer/dryer facilities.

Community facilities include a large heated outdoor pool, seven hot tubs, a fitness center and on-site ski rentals. Additional amenities include a sauna, fire pit, barbecue, outdoor seating, EV charger, resort amenities access, and concierge and in-home services. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The Peak 9 base area is a short walk away, and the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is across Maggie Pond. Main Street restaurants, shops, recreational outfitters and entertainment are nearby. Summer activities include the Alpine Slide and Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, walking along the Blue River Riverwalk, hiking and fishing. Breckenridge Golf Club is five miles north; Frisco Bay Marina on Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north and offers kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding and sailing.
