The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. Events are allowed. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Getting there
The condo is on the third floor; an elevator is available. Parking is limited to one vehicle in the underground garage and is paid. A car is not necessary. Main Street Station is near the QuickSilver Super Chair and Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9, with downtown shops and restaurants accessible on foot. Shuttle service is seasonal.
