The 1,020-square-foot condo sleeps up to eight guests and has two bathrooms, a private balcony, mountain and ski-slope views, and an open kitchen and living area. The kitchen has a center island, stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. The living area has a gas fireplace and television with cable or satellite service; a video library is available. Heating and hot water are provided, but there is no air conditioning.

Main Street Station has a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, restaurants, shops, and a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. A seasonal shuttle service is available. Paid underground garage parking accommodates one vehicle; an EV charger and elevator are available. A car is not necessary, and downtown coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques can be reached on foot.

Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a grill or barbecue, and a private entrance are available. The building provides shared washers and dryers. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. Events are allowed. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
