The minimum booking age is 21. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Children are welcome. Events and long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
The studio is on the third floor, and the building has an elevator. Parking is limited to one vehicle in the underground garage. A car is not necessary; downtown shops and restaurants are accessible on foot. A seasonal shuttle service is available. Main Street Station is near the QuickSilver Super Chair and Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9.
