The house

This 710-square-foot, single-level condo has an open layout, furnished living space and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a dining area. Kitchen equipment includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The private patio has outdoor seating and a private gas grill. Inside are a mounted flatscreen television with cable, heating, a jetted bathtub, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace. The fireplace is currently out of order.

Two community hot tubs are a few steps away. Across the road, guests have access to Main Street Station amenities including an outdoor heated pool, additional hot tubs, a fitness center, ski rentals and storage, the Pioneer Club lounge and a movie theater.

The condo has a private entrance and a private heated garage with direct condo access. Parking is advertised for two cars and is paid. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels and toiletries are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
