The house

The home has an open-concept great room with large picture windows, sliding glass doors, comfortable seating and a dining table for six. Tiled main living areas open to a partially covered lanai with coastline and sunset views, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining and lounge seating. A lawn is bordered by banana and papaya trees.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, Maytag appliances, double ovens, a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and ice maker. Small appliances include a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, coffee grinder, toaster and kettle; the breakfast bar seats three.

The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities, plus a walk-in closet, TV and private lanai access. The two guest bedrooms have access to a nearby full bathroom. All three bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable and smart television, a DVD player, full-size washer and dryer, beach towels, a beach umbrella and an in-home safe. A hot tub is included among the amenities. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, deadbolt locks and outdoor lighting. Free private parking is available within the gated community.

The home is approximately 30 minutes from KOA, near beaches, golf, Keauhou Bay and Keauhou Harbor. Kailua-Kona's waterfront, dining, shops, galleries and markets are a short drive away. Children are welcome and extended stays are allowed. Nearby beach-equipment rentals carry an additional fee.
