## About the house

The main home and detached ohana guest house are offered together. The interiors feature vaulted wood ceilings, mid-century architecture, wood walls, polished floors and large windows overlooking tropical gardens. The open-plan living area has lounge seating and a smart TV, and the dining area opens onto a covered lanai.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender and dishes and utensils. The covered lanai has outdoor dining and lounge seating overlooking the pool. The private saltwater pool has water features and a spacious deck surrounded by palms, flowering plants and lava rock accents. There is also a private yard and outdoor shower.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and garden views. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and balcony/deck access; Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with garden and mountain views. These bedrooms each have a ceiling fan and split air conditioning. The detached ohana has a dedicated queen-bed sleeping area, private entrance and ensuite full bathroom.

Conveniences include split and ductless air conditioning throughout the home, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron. Entertainment includes smart TV and satellite or cable TV. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Keauhou Bay is minutes away for manta ray night diving, snorkeling, kayaking, boating and paddleboarding. Kona International Airport is a drive away. A car is recommended. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Electric-vehicle charging is not available on the property; guests with electric vehicles must arrange charging off-site.
