The approximately 2,567-square-foot home occupies a quiet cul-de-sac and has open living and dining spaces with large windows and indoor–outdoor flow. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, freezer, kettle, blender, rice cooker and ample preparation space. A BBQ is also available.
The upper-level primary bedroom has a California king bed, panoramic views and an ensuite with a shower and WC. Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, garden views and a shared bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, garden views and a shared bathroom. Guest Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. The pool-level primary bedroom has a king bed, sofa sleeper, TV, pool access and an ensuite with a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Outdoor facilities include a private pool, covered lanai, outdoor shower, grassy lawn, garden and private yard. Pool heating is optional and costs extra; inquire for details. A fitness room, washer and dryer, private garage, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming-capable TVs, stereo, linens, starter amenities, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are available. Additional beach equipment rentals cost extra.
Parks, hiking paths, local shops and boutiques are within walking distance. Koko Marina, beaches, restaurants, markets, watersports and Koko Head Crater Trail are a short drive away. Nearby beach destinations include Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach and Portlock. A car is recommended.
