The house

Remodeled in 2023, this 1,214 sq ft penthouse has floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides and a private 240 sq ft wraparound lanai. Views extend across North Ka'anapali Beach, the Pacific, Lana'i and Moloka'i. The open-plan living and dining area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a 55-inch smart TV and a dining table for six.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, a gas range, Haiku quartz counters, a wine fridge and a coffee bar, plus a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, ice machine and cooking utensils. The oceanfront primary bedroom has a king bed, built-in desk, ceiling fan, room-darkening drapes and direct lanai access; its ensuite has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The mountain-view guest bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, dedicated desk, ceiling fan and room-darkening drapes, with an ensuite tub/shower combination.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer and free parking are provided. Beach chairs, towels, a cooler, linens, extra bedding, a hair dryer, iron and safe are available, along with a high chair and Pack and Play. The building has an elevator.

Shared resort facilities include an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, BBQ pavilions, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a garden and a vintage Hawaiiana lobby. An on-site concierge assists with tours and activities. A beachfront boardwalk is downstairs. A food-truck park, Times Supermarket, Java Jazz, Sergio’s Cantina, Pizza Paradiso and Pineapple Robot bar are within a five-minute stroll. Duke’s Beach House is a ten-minute walk along the boardwalk; Ka'anapali and Kapalua golf are a 10–12-minute drive away. Napili and Kapalua Bays offer snorkeling.
