House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks parties. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
A beach is a two-minute walk away. Central Lorne is a two-minute drive or a 15–20-minute stroll along the ocean walk. There is one car space and a driveway shared with the neighbouring property. The home spans two storeys.
