House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours but is not permitted after 10 pm. Guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and shoots require homeowner approval, and commercial shoots incur additional charges. Overnight accommodation is limited to 12–18 people for events or shoots. Meals are available onsite at additional charges.
Getting there
Mandwa, Sasawane and Awas beaches are 10–15 minutes away. The property is 10 minutes from Mandwa Jetty. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before a road trip.
