House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests checking in must provide a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). A security deposit of 2000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
The beach, Marina Mall and Mall of the Emirates are a short ride away. Restaurants and cafes are minutes away.
