The house

The apartment occupies the third floor of a renovated building with a lift. The entrance opens into a room with a double sofa bed for two people and connects to a living room furnished with antique furniture and modern sofas. The adjoining equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, oven, fridge, freezer, juicer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The sleeping rooms have queen-size beds and open wardrobes. One has an en suite bathroom with a shower; the other has a bathroom immediately next to it with a bathtub. Stairs lead to a mezzanine sitting area with a sofa and armchair, which opens onto the furnished terrace. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, iron and hairdryer are available.

The apartment is near the Foro Italico seafront meadows, Cala marina, Palazzo Steri and the Abatellis Museum. Restaurants are within walking distance. The main railway station, also a stop for the airport shuttle, is less than a 15-minute walk away.
