The house

Tucked away in Corolla Village, “Magic Conch” is the perfect destination for your vacation getaway! Located on a private road, the house backs up to undeveloped, wooded land, offering a quiet setting. It’s a short walk to a wide, soft-sand beach great for swimming, fishing, surfing, or strolling. The upper level of the home is spacious, airy, and bright with comfortable seating in the great room. The open kitchen, with its granite counters, has plenty of space to make meal prep easier.

Everyone can gather around the large dining table for meals or family game night. Or, dine al fresco on the screened porch where another large table has space for everyone. Relax and enjoy a quiet evening on the upper deck with a view of the Currituck Lighthouse. The upper level has one master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, a half bath, large pantry with beverage refrigerator, and desk. The middle level is primarily sleeping quarters.

There are two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom. Two more bedrooms with twin beds, a full bathroom with a soaking tub, and a laundry room are also on the middle level. There is access to the front porch and the middle deck, with covered seating and a hammock. The lower level is just the place for outdoor enjoyment and relaxation. Swim and splash in the spacious pool, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, or unwind in the hot tub.

There is plenty of poolside seating for lounging and dining. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the large, private outdoor shower. Historic Corolla Village and Currituck Heritage Park are just a short walk away. Explore quaint shops and historic buildings, climb the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, visit the Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education, tour the historic Whalehead Club, or kayak or paddleboard in the Currituck Sound. Other shops, restaurants, mini golf, an adventure park, and wild horse tours are all within close driving distance.
