House rules
Minimum stay advertised on the website: two nights. Check-in is 13:00–17:00; checkout is before 11:00. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00; no exterior-deck music after 22:00. No parties or events. Smoking is permitted on Airbnb. No fishing from the decks or pier. Clubhouse deck access for BBQ and lounging is 07:30–19:30. Visitors must be discussed with the host in advance; no unregistered visitors after 22:00 or overnight. Use prudence around the water and decks.
Getting there
This is an active marina setting with boat traffic and social activity. Four small rescue dogs live in the clubhouse areas and may bark; the gated houseboat deck is intended to remain dog-free. Access includes stairs, proximity to open water and heights without rails. Airbnb reports no smoke or carbon monoxide alarm. There is no air conditioning.
