This 279 sqm home is arranged over three floors. The main living room has a bay window, sofas, a large TV and a chess set; a second living room provides an additional space to relax. The equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and the secluded private garden. Kitchen facilities include an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The dining table has eight chairs, with additional chairs available elsewhere in the home.

The top-floor primary bedroom has a super king-size bed and an ensuite with a walk-in waterfall shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a desk in its bay window; Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, and Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have a double bed. These four bedrooms share a bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Access to the right-hand side of the bed in Bedroom 4 is limited.

Free internet, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, piano, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. An exercise bike is available to experienced Peloton users. The fireplace is ornamental. There is no air-conditioning; fans are provided in every bedroom from May to September and can be requested outside this period.

Nearby Earlsfield Station has a direct train to Waterloo taking 15 minutes. Earlsfield High Street has pubs, cafés and international dining, while Old York Road is a short walk away for boutique shopping, bakeries, delicatessens and outdoor brunch spots. Wandsworth offers parkland, play parks and walking paths.

The neighbouring home has scaffolding during building works, with possible noise Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, beginning on 29 August for the foreseeable future.

Smoking is not allowed. Babies, toddlers, children and pets are welcome. Pets incur an additional cleaning fee; ask the destinations specialists for details. The fireplace is ornamental. The Peloton exercise bike is for experienced users. The gardener visits on Wednesdays at 14:00 and does not need access to the home. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
