House rules
Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Loud music is allowed within limits and during specified hours; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours. Guests cannot access the kitchen, except for limited access for mothers of infants or small children to boil milk or prepare children's meals. Extra guests are available in Bedroom 3, which accommodates 2 guests plus 2 extra guests. Experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability.

The home is in Madhugiri, Dodballpur, Greater Bangalore, surrounded by open farmland and framed by the Ratnagiri Hills. The property offers open lawns and access to farm and village experiences.
