The house

The apartment has a mint-toned living room with high ceilings, a chandelier, vintage fireplace and Romantic paintings. The separate dining room features original wood floors, corniced ceilings, chandeliers, a large dining table and a Yamaha piano. The fully equipped kitchen has white units and a breakfast bar, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee-making equipment and kettle.

The principal bedroom has a double bed, Regency furniture and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, desk and street views. The third bedroom has a single bed, home office area and generous storage. A second bathroom contains a shower and wash basin, and there is a separate WC with a wash basin. The living room and all three bedrooms have access to a Juliet balcony.

The fourth-floor apartment is served by a lift. Free Wi-Fi, central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. There is no television. The central location offers access to the boutiques of the Champs-Élysées and the gardens of the Jardin des Tuileries. Children and infants are welcome. A cat and dog usually live in the home, so it may not suit guests with allergies.
