House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify the manager if guest numbers change. Pets are strictly prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Fixed arrival days may apply during peak periods. Bring your own linen or arrange hire. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
The townhouse spans three levels. Lorne's main beach, cafes, shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. Parking is limited to one car space.
