## About the house

The four-story villa accommodates up to eight overnight guests in four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. There are five full bathrooms in total. The entire villa is air conditioned and has multiple balconies and patios, an open-concept living area, and a modern kitchen with granite counters. Dining areas seat up to 16 people. A stone pool runs beneath the full length of the villa, with one indoor and one outdoor waterfall. The master bathroom has a large bathtub, a large shower and a walk-in closet. Additional features include ceiling fans throughout, hardwood floors, a gas barbecue grill, a breakfast bar, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and wine cooler. The living room has a large-screen television with cable reception and a DVD player. A hairdryer, security safe and natural bathroom products are provided. A private chef can be booked. The villa was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters.
