## About the house

The fully air-conditioned villa has floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, retro-modern furnishings, balconies and a terrace with loungers. The indoor dining table seats 10, and the patio dining set seats eight. The top-level master suite has a king bed and a Japanese soaking tub. Five guest bedrooms each have a queen bed; two also have full-size sleeper sofas. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, ocean or partial beach views and Smart TVs. Daily maid service is provided. Ceiling fans and solar water heating are available. The living room has pool and deck access and a three-seat wet bar with a refrigerator.
