The villa is on Pacific Canyon Drive at the top of Manuel Antonio, 4 kilometers from Quepos. Bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, an ATM, public transportation and Manuel Antonio National Park with its beaches are a few minutes' walk away. The home spans three stories connected by stairs; guest bedrooms are on the second floor, and the master suite and pool are on the top floor. Parking accommodates up to five cars.
