The approximately 6,000-square-foot property includes a three-level main villa and a detached two-level villa beside the pool. Six bedrooms include a loft; the smaller house has two bedrooms. Living and dining areas, three sundecks, balconies and a private pool with a water slide and waterfall provide shared gathering spaces. The dining table seats ten, with four additional seats at the kitchen bar. Ceiling fans are provided throughout, along with cable/satellite TV, a CD player and a DVD player.

Manuel Antonio Beach is a few minutes away by car, taxi or bus. The main villa has three levels, and the detached villa has two levels.

Maid service is optional and is not included in the rental. It costs $50 per day, and guests may select the days they want service; arrange it with the host. Laundry services are available for a fee, and the maid will do laundry when maid service is requested. A villa chef can prepare daily meals for an additional charge.
