## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across two levels. All five bedrooms have private full bathrooms, and all bedrooms and common areas are air conditioned. Bed configurations are four king beds and one queen bed, or two king beds, one queen bed and four single beds. The home has rainforest, mountain and ocean views, balconies, a veranda, a deck, ceiling fans throughout and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Additional amenities include a gas barbecue, beach chairs, cable/satellite TV, hairdryers, a washer/dryer and daily maid service. Complimentary dedicated concierge service is available, and a private chef can be arranged. The villa is in a gated community with controlled access and public transportation.

Manuel Antonio National Park, white-sand beaches and Marina Pez Vela are a 10-minute drive from the villa. The home spans two levels and has an interior staircase.

No smoking, pets or events. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed at the house. A US$70 damage protection fee covers up to US$1,500 of incidental damage. Visa/MasterCard payments carry a 6% surcharge; wire transfers carry a US$40 flat fee. To reserve, agreement to the rental terms is required within two days, followed by a 50% deposit within another three days. The remaining 50% is due 45 days before arrival. Cancellation deposits may be refunded minus a US$300 processing fee per house only if the dates are re-rented for the same reservation amount. Alternatively, the deposit may be applied to dates within 18 months of the original dates, at the new dates' rate, without the processing fee, provided notice is given at least four months before the original dates.
