The villa has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room and furnished balconies across three levels. Every bedroom has balcony access, and the entire home is air-conditioned. Outdoor spaces include a private two-level infinity pool with a built-in slide, a swim-up bar, a covered rancho, lounge seating and a barbecue grill. The home also has ceiling fans, cable/satellite TV, an alarm system and a security safe. Private chef services are available.

Occupancy is based on two guests per bedroom until all bedrooms are rented. Christmas and New Year weeks require renting all six bedrooms. A $150 cleaning fee applies per reservation.
