House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. A mandatory non-refundable damage insurance fee of US$70 is paid with the final payment. A US$100 deductible applies if damage occurs.
Getting there
The villa occupies an elevated hillside setting and has a multi-level layout with stairs to the second level, where the three main-residence bedrooms are located. Beaches and dining are minutes away.
