House rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Consult the office about any party involving more people than your staying group. Parties with guests not staying at the house require written consent from Escape Villas. Occupancy is based on two people per room until all bedrooms are rented. Unrented bedrooms are not offered to other guests; the property remains private for your group. You may choose which bedrooms to use when renting fewer than all six. Optional chef service costs $150 a day for one meal or $190 a day for two meals for up to 10 people; each additional person costs $15 a day. Guests choose the meals and menu. Food costs are additional and reimbursed in cash against daily shopping receipts. A $100 damage protection fee is due with the final payment. VISA/MasterCard payments carry a 6% surcharge; wire transfers carry a $40 flat fee. A cancellation refund is conditional on the reserved dates being re-rented for the same amount and is subject to a $300 processing fee. Credit toward future dates within 18 months avoids that processing fee when notice is given at least four months before the reservation. Within four months, any refund or future credit is conditional on re-renting for the same amount.

Getting there

The villa occupies an elevated hillside setting within the rainforest canopy. Manuel Antonio National Park and beaches are minutes away. Parking is limited.
