The 1,200-square-foot villa has three king bedroom suites, each with air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom. Open indoor-outdoor living and dining spaces surround a central courtyard pool. Colonial-inspired architecture includes natural stone, handcrafted wood furnishings and woven ceiling details. The home has jungle views, shaded seating, a patio/deck and frequent sightings of monkeys, tropical birds and butterflies. A full kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker; a BBQ grill, washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout, hairdryer, security safe and cable/satellite TV are available. The gated community has controlled access, an on-site security guard and tennis courts. Optional private chef services and concierge assistance are available.

A nearby bus stop provides transportation to Manuel Antonio Beach and Manuel Antonio National Park. Quepos and Marina Pez Vela are a short drive away. A rental car is not necessarily needed.

Maximum occupancy is six adults and two children. No smoking indoors. Visitors require prior notice to management. Minimum stay is three nights outside holiday weeks, five nights for special holiday weeks, and seven nights for Christmas and/or New Year.
