House rules
Bedrooms not rented remain unavailable to other groups. Occupancy is based on two people per room until all bedrooms are rented. Additional guests above the base occupancy in a ten-bedroom rental incur a seasonal extra-guest charge. Private chef service covers two meals daily; food and drinks cost extra.
Getting there
The estate spans four levels. The beach is minutes away from the villa.
