The house

The villa has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor. The entrance level contains a living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a separate toilet. Two master bedrooms on the top floor share a bathroom.

Outdoor spaces include a large veranda, private balcony and terrace, dining and lounge areas, and a private outdoor hot tub. Sea, mountain and garden views are available.

Facilities include individually controlled air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, soundproof windows, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, a dining table, television with cable/satellite and movie/sport channels, DVD and CD players, a stereo system and TV games. Bathroom amenities include bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer and mirrors. An iron and ironing board, guest laundry, a security alarm and a remote-controlled entrance gate are available.

Wi-Fi is free, and an ADSL internet connection is available. Parking spaces serve guests and visitors. Housekeeping includes towel and linen changes twice a week. Services include airport/port transfers, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance, boat trips, massage, beauty treatments on request, a doctor on request, and fax/photocopy services. Beach sunbeds and umbrellas, beach towels, pool towels, and a shower and changing room are also offered. Pets are allowed.
