The house

M Residence comprises four villas and a guesthouse within Villa I, with 680 sqm of living area on a 1,900 sqm plot. The estate has four fully equipped kitchens, two private heated infinity pools overlooking the sea, two private outdoor hot tubs, two private fully equipped gyms, gardens, BBQ facilities, outdoor showers, sun loungers, and outdoor lounge and dining areas. Interiors include satellite and flat-screen TVs, PlayStation, audio systems, fireplaces, safe boxes and hairdryers. Bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, pool towels and beach towels are provided. A baby cot and highchair are available, and a power adapter is available upon request. Villa I has a playroom and a pool-level living area opening onto the terrace. Villas II and III each have a living area and kitchen on Level II. Villa IV includes a playroom and an entrance-level living and dining area seating nine, with pool, sea and sunset views and a Sonos sound system. An alarm system and fire extinguisher are provided. Included services comprise twice-daily housekeeping, daily towel changes, linen changes three times per week, turndown service, pool freshening and garden maintenance. A dedicated concierge, arrival amenities, personal check-in and ongoing support are included. Chef service, transfers, yacht charters, grocery supply, VIP reservations, security, car rental, helicopter transfers and babysitting are available on request.
