The house

The apartment is in Palazzo Pellicceria, one of Genoa’s Palazzi dei Rolli. Its renovation preserved historic characteristics while introducing a modern layout. A lift serves the building, and a shared gym and relaxation area are available to residents and guests.

The living area has a double sofa bed, an armchair bed, a desk and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet and a desk. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, a television and an iron are available.
