The house

Lymans Bay Hale sleeps up to 10 guests near Ali’i Drive. The open-concept living and dining areas have vaulted ceilings, rattan furnishings, multiple seating areas and sliding doors opening onto a wrap-around lanai. The lanai has a BBQ and outdoor dining for eight.

The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee-making equipment, kettle, blender, rice cooker, crockpot and food processor. A wet bar provides additional preparation space.

Two primary bedrooms each have a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, garden and mountain views, and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, partial ocean views, a ceiling fan and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 4 has a king bed, partial ocean views and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 5 has one bunk bed and a shared bathroom.

A game room has pool and ping-pong tables and a lounge area. Other facilities include a covered hot tub surrounded by tropical landscaping, a private yard, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, a fitness room, Smart TVs, stereo and speaker equipment, toys, a Pack ’n Play, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are available; beach equipment rentals are offered for an additional charge.

Lyman’s Bay is across the street for snorkeling, tide pooling and watching surfers. Magic Sands Beach is minutes away by car. The home has a three-car garage and ample driveway parking.
