The villa is 650 m from the sandy beach in Duće; the page also describes a short 2-minute drive. Duće village center, including a supermarket and restaurants, is within 1 km. Omiš is 2 km away. Access between the parking, bedroom level and pool level includes indoor and outdoor stairs.
