The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. The property page advertises a two-night minimum, but the live booking system required at least 30 nights for the November 8–12, 2026 test stay. Confirm the minimum for your dates before booking. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; other times may be requested, subject to availability.
Getting there
The boat dock provides private access to the nine-acre lake; bring your own kayak or canoe. Santo Tomas is a gated community within a short drive of the airport, restaurants, golf courses, El Paseo, the River, the Living Desert, casinos, hiking and biking. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 15 miles away, and Indian Canyons hiking trails are 11 miles away. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway ascends Mt. San Jacinto to over 8,000 feet, with Coachella Valley views; Indian Canyons offers waterfall hikes.
