House rules
Streaming TV services require guests' own accounts. The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and stay at the property for the entire rental. Booking requires agreement to the published terms and the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement sent after booking. Unit-specific terms override the general terms; booking-channel terms control in case of conflict.
Getting there
The Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center is a couple of miles away.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at stayavari.com.
