The house

The loft occupies two restored warehouses with original stone arches in Palazzo Tomasi di Lampedusa, the historical residence of the author of The Leopard. Furnishings were created in collaboration with Italian studio LAGO Design.

The 110-square-metre living room has six-metre-high ceilings, a large window overlooking the private terrace and common garden, a red leather corner sofa, a workstation and bookshelves around the walls. The separate kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and dining area.

A wood-and-steel staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, which has a large round bed, a Blow pendant lamp by Artemide and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom also has a shower. The accommodation includes an indoor garden, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Other accommodations occupy the same building.
