House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. The property page advertises a two-night minimum, but the live booking system required at least 30 nights for the November 8–12, 2026 test stay. Confirm the minimum for your dates before booking. Streaming requires guest accounts. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; different times may be requested, subject to availability.
Getting there
Guests must travel by car to reach the home. The native bedroom inventory totals six beds, but its one king bed in the first bedroom conflicts with the description’s multiple-bed wording. Confirm that room and the total bed count.
Rates, availability and terms are on the host’s website. Dates, prices, deposits and the cancellation policy are all set by the host on acmehouseco.com.
