House rules
Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable. Cleaning service is mandatory, except for check-ins after 3:00 p.m. and check-outs before 11:00 a.m. Groups of 7–12 require two cleaning staff members; groups larger than 12 require three.
Getting there
Renting the house does not guarantee club access. This additional service is subject to availability and requires advance payment.
