## About the house

Ocean views and sunsets frame this rainforest villa, where the surrounding wildlife includes toucans, howler monkeys and sloths. Outdoor spaces include a terrace, patio and outdoor dining area, plus a yoga platform with a hanging bed. The swimming pool has a Baja deck overlooking the horizon.

Three bedrooms each have a king bed, with three full bathrooms and a half bath serving up to six guests. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, cotton linens and storage. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, TV, washer, dryer, heating, a safe, carbon monoxide detectors and high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking accommodates two vehicles.

The villa sits in the Escaleras community between Uvita and Dominical, within a private 12-acre reserve on Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific coast. Property access is restricted and fully fenced; reaching the villa requires a 4x4 vehicle.
