Valentines Park, Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre, and restaurants and cafés on Cranbrook Road and Gants Hill are within walking distance. Ilford Station (Elizabeth Line) is a 15-minute walk away, with central London reachable in 20 minutes. The Central Line station identified as Gnats Hill is also a 15-minute walk away.
