House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. Remove shoes on entry to protect the wooden floors. The apartment comfortably sleeps two; a sofa bed for two additional guests is available on request. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Check-in is normally between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrangements outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in; no refund for cancellation less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor. A lift is available, with a few steps on the ground and third floors; the bedroom is reached by an internal wooden staircase. Tower Bridge, The Shard, Borough Market and Tate Modern are within easy walking distance.
