No smoking, pets, parties or events. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Follow the supplied access instructions and do not ring or disturb neighbors. Keep phone calls, luggage and activity quiet in hallways and communal areas; do not leave trash there. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. City tax may apply and is excluded from the booking price; it is calculated per person, per night under local regulations and collected before check-in.
Getting there
Keys must be collected from an off-site keyshop. Hôtel de Ville is a 20-minute walk away; Stade de France is approximately 30 minutes away by car or Metro.
