The house

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a building rehabilitated in 2018, with a renovated original façade, a spacious entrance hall, an external courtyard and an elevator. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and its private patio. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The furnished apartment includes small appliances, utensils and essential products, along with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine and hair dryer. Toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided. Breakfast delivery is available on request at an additional cost.

Foz do Douro, also known as Foz Velha, offers a calm setting within walking distance of the seafront, restaurants, cafés, bars, terraces and shops. The building offers a choice of elevator or stairs.

Luggage storage in the apartment before or after a stay is subject to availability. If the apartment is occupied, free luggage storage is available at a partner’s offices 150 metres away, except on Sundays. LuxiStay manages the apartment and offers assistance every day of the week. Additional services include private-driver bookings, children’s equipment and activities.
