The house

The house spans two floors, with stairs required to reach the entrance. The ground-floor living room has a sofa, TV and dining table. A barbecue area includes a traditional brick oven and a nearby table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, cookware and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with one queen bed each and a third with two single beds. One queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is another bathroom upstairs. All three bathrooms have a toilet and shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a garden and a furnished terrace with chairs and a table. Private parking accommodates one car. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine and a hair dryer are available. Starter toiletries and household supplies are provided for the first days.

The home is in a residential area of Funchal. Madeira Botanical Garden is approximately 3 km northeast, Mercado dos Lavradores is about 2.5 km southwest, and Santa Catarina Park is approximately 3 km south. Guests have access to the entire home.
