## About the house

The lodge sleeps six guests and has an open-plan living area with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware, a washing machine, a dining area, and a lounge with seating and a Smart TV. Bed linen is provided. The lounge opens directly onto a spacious private terrace with lake views and a hot tub.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms, and there is a second bathroom.

Guests can use the park's JJ's Bar & Grill, takeaway Pizza Shack, nine-hole golf course, driving range and children's playground. The park also has scenic walking routes and open green spaces. Allerthorpe Common Nature Reserve offers nearby walking and cycling opportunities.

The park is just off the A1079, around two miles from Pocklington and approximately thirteen miles east of York city centre. York Railway Station is around a 25–30 minute drive away. East Yorkshire Buses operate between York and Pocklington; the park is a five-minute taxi ride or a countryside walk from Pocklington. Free on-site parking is available, with one vehicle permitted beside the lodge and additional vehicles required to use the main car park.
