The house

The apartment accommodates four guests and has an open-plan living area with a black leather sofa, TV, Le Corbusier lounge chair and reading lamp. A Juliette balcony offers glimpses of the North Sydney skyline. The wooden dining table seats four and can also be used for laptop work.

The compact kitchen includes an induction cooktop, ovens, microwave and built-in dishwasher. Both bedrooms have queen beds, pocket sliding doors, built-in wardrobes and blockout blinds. The family bathroom has black marble tiling and a walk-in rain shower, with a separate powder room for added convenience. A private washer and dryer are available.

Split-system heating and cooling and a portable fan provide climate control. Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are available. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by a flight of stairs from the entry door, and has no on-site parking.

Luna Park and the Harbour Bridge are a short stroll away, with cafés, eateries and harbour walks nearby. Milsons Point train station is a four-minute walk away, a bus stop is at the doorstep, and Milsons Point Wharf is steps away for ferry travel to Sydney’s CBD.
