The house

The home has an open-concept living and dining area with plush seating, a stone fireplace and a wall of windows facing the bay. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and mixer. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, ocean and garden views, split air conditioning and blackout drapes. The second bedroom has garden views, split air conditioning and blackout drapes. The third bedroom has ocean and garden views, split air conditioning and blackout drapes.

Outdoor spaces include a balcony, terrace, private yard, hot tub, outdoor seating and gas firepit overlooking the shoreline. Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV, stereo, ski storage, garage, free parking and an EV charger are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and outdoor lighting; security cameras are present.

There is no direct beach access from the property. Public beach access is a short drive away, and a car is necessary. A one-mile route leads to the Lummi Island Ferry. Fairhaven and the Galbraith Mountain trails are driving destinations; Mt Baker Ski Area is 65 miles away.

Children are welcome, smoking is not allowed, and longer stays are permitted. Up to two dogs are allowed with advance approval and a fee of $50 per reservation per dog. Stays longer than 10 days require an additional-cost mid-stay clean.
